Fire Guard

Role Summary: The Fire Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility by monitoring fire prevention systems, responding to emergencies, and conducting regular safety inspections. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment within our pharmaceutical manufacturing and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and other fire suppression equipment to ensure they are in good working order.

Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Respond promptly and effectively to fire alarms and other emergency situations.

Assist in the evacuation of personnel during emergencies and account for all individuals.

Maintain fire safety equipment, including extinguishers and emergency lighting.

Educate employees on fire safety procedures and best practices.

Keep accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training.

Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services when necessary.
