Fire Guard

Role Summary:
As a Fire Guard at Infosys, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by actively monitoring for fire hazards, responding to emergencies, and implementing preventive measures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor fire alarm systems and respond promptly to any alerts or emergencies.

Operate and maintain fire-fighting equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Assist in the evacuation of personnel during fire emergencies and provide guidance.

Educate employees on fire safety procedures and best practices.

Report any safety violations or concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.

Collaborate with external fire services during drills and actual emergencies.
