Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fire Guard with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Bangalore. The Fire Guard will be responsible for implementing and overseeing fire safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and responding to fire emergencies. This role requires a strong understanding of safety procedures, risk assessment, and emergency response planning within a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular fire hazard assessments and inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards.
- Organize and conduct fire safety training sessions for employees.
- Manage fire detection and suppression systems, ensuring their regular maintenance and functionality.
- Develop and coordinate emergency evacuation plans and drills.
- Respond promptly and effectively to fire alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, incidents, and training.
- Liaise with local fire departments and regulatory bodies.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
