Fire Guard (MCA Required) - Ludhiana

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fire Guard with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Ludhiana. The Fire Guard will be responsible for implementing and monitoring fire safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining fire prevention systems within our medical device manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in safeguarding our employees, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans and procedures tailored to a medical device manufacturing environment.

Conduct regular fire hazard assessments and risk analyses to identify potential threats.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and regular testing of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems (e.g., sprinklers, extinguishers, smoke detectors).

Ensure all fire safety equipment is in good working order and readily accessible.

Organize and conduct fire drills and safety training sessions for all employees, ensuring they are aware of emergency procedures.

Investigate fire incidents, near misses, and safety violations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, training, and incident reports.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire safety regulations and standards.

Liaise with local fire authorities and emergency services when necessary.

Utilize data analysis from safety systems and incident reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Leverage MCA knowledge for data interpretation and reporting.
