Firmware Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Firmware Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded firmware for our range of import/export tracking and logistics devices. This role requires a deep understanding of hardware-software interaction and a passion for creating robust and efficient firmware solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement embedded firmware for new and existing products.
2. Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and interfaces.
3. Develop and maintain firmware testing strategies and tools.
4. Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues in development and production environments.
5. Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and memory usage.
6. Document firmware designs, code, and test procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in embedded firmware development.
3. Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
4. Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
5. Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
6. Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART).
7. Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
