First Officer

Role Summary:
As a First Officer at Tata Power, you will be an integral part of our aviation operations, supporting the Captain in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation of company personnel and cargo. You will assist in flight planning, navigation, communication, and overall aircraft management, adhering to the highest safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations, including pre-flight checks, in-flight duties, and post-flight procedures.
• Share responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Conduct flight planning, including weather analysis, route selection, and fuel calculations.
• Maintain effective communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC), crew, and ground personnel.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance during flight, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and professional crew environment.
• Participate in regular training and recurrent proficiency checks.
