First Purser

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized First Purser to join our team. The First Purser will be responsible for managing and overseeing various operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly within the dynamic textile and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and stock levels of fabrics, trims, and finished goods.
• Oversee the receiving, inspection, and dispatch of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including purchases, sales, and shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory, sales, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to orders and deliveries.
• Support the management team in various administrative and operational duties.
