Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor (1-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized fitness plans for employees, considering individual goals and fitness levels.

Conduct group fitness classes and workshops, ensuring they are engaging, safe, and cater to diverse needs.

Educate employees on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Utilize design thinking principles to conceptualize and develop innovative wellness programs and challenges.

Manage and maintain gym equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Collaborate with HR and internal communications teams to promote wellness initiatives and events.

Track employee participation and gather feedback to continuously improve fitness programs.
