Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a motivated and energetic Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-6 years of experience who are passionate about promoting health and wellness. You will be responsible for guiding individuals through fitness routines, ensuring safe and effective exercise practices, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment. A post-graduate degree is not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs based on client needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques.
- Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments to training plans.
- Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and injury prevention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness facility.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices.
- Assist in organizing and promoting fitness-related events and challenges.
