Role Summary:
HUL is seeking a motivated and energetic Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Tech/B.E. background who are passionate about fitness and possess 1-3 years of experience in guiding and training individuals. You will be responsible for creating and implementing fitness programs, ensuring member satisfaction, and promoting a healthy lifestyle within our corporate fitness facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized and group fitness training sessions based on individual client needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments, including body composition analysis, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength testing.
- Develop customized workout plans and provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form.
- Educate members on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support their fitness journey.
- Monitor client progress, provide motivation, and adjust training programs as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company wellness events and challenges.
