Fitter / Turner

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter/Turner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and maintaining various machinery and components, as well as operating lathes and other machine tools to produce precise parts according to specifications. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Fit, assemble, and repair mechanical systems and components.
- Operate lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools to fabricate parts.
- Measure and mark materials accurately.
- Perform precision work to meet strict tolerances.
- Inspect and test completed parts and assemblies.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of machinery.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues.
