Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Fitter / Turner with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a strong understanding of precision mechanical work, coupled with excellent organizational and project management skills. This role is crucial in supporting our operations within the Law Enforcement and Security Services sector, ensuring the quality and readiness of specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and repair mechanical components with high precision according to technical drawings and specifications.

Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills.

Perform quality checks and measurements to ensure components meet required tolerances and standards.

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts, ensuring efficient stock levels.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation from a mechanical perspective, leveraging BBA/BBM knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in all workshop activities.
