Role Summary:
Zerodha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income Dealer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades in the fixed income market, managing risk, and contributing to the company's overall investment strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of fixed income instruments, market dynamics, and a strong analytical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute buy and sell orders for various fixed income securities (e.g., government bonds, corporate bonds, money market instruments) in accordance with company policies and market best practices.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and news that may impact the fixed income markets.
- Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities and make informed recommendations.
- Manage and mitigate trading risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with market participants, including banks, financial institutions, and other dealers.
- Provide market commentary and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the fixed income landscape and trading technologies.
