Fixed Income Dealer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income Dealer to join our trading desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, and contributing to the overall profitability of our fixed income portfolio. This role involves active participation in the Indian debt markets, identifying trading opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with market participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in various fixed income instruments (G-Secs, Corporate Bonds, T-Bills, etc.) on behalf of the company.
• Monitor market movements, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities and manage positions.
• Manage trading risk and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, brokers, and other market participants.
• Provide market insights and contribute to the development of trading strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fixed Income Dealer or in a similar trading role.
• Strong understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, and trading strategies.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial market data terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
