We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Income Dealer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Thane. This role is crucial in managing and executing trades in the fixed income market, contributing to our investment strategies within the emerging technologies sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute trades for fixed income securities (bonds, debentures, government securities) in line with trading strategies and risk parameters.
Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and risks.
Maintain strong relationships with market participants, including banks, financial institutions, and other dealers.
Analyze fixed income instruments and their potential for investment and trading.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Provide market commentary and analysis to the investment team.
Reconcile trade settlements and manage counterparty risk.
