Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fleet / Transport Manager to oversee and optimize our transportation and logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of our printed materials and supplies across various locations. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Com background to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with all transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance.
• Develop and implement efficient transport strategies to minimize costs and delivery times.
• Oversee vehicle acquisition, disposal, and insurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and repair costs for the fleet.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales) and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and efficiency for management.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for fleet-related decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing training and performance feedback.
