We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet / Transport Manager with an M.Pharma degree to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to the efficient and compliant management of our transportation and logistics operations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily transportation activities to ensure timely and safe delivery of pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor and manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, including those specific to pharmaceutical goods (e.g., temperature control, GxP guidelines).
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, quality assurance) to address any transport-related issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including mileage, maintenance, and delivery logs.
• Support the implementation of new logistics strategies and technologies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct basic route planning and optimization for delivery routes.
