We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Flight & Airport Operations team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of airport operations. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree and 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of airport operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Monitor flight schedules and coordinate with airlines, ground handling agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Handle operational queries and resolve issues that may arise during airport operations.

Support in the preparation of operational reports and performance analysis.

Liaise with various airport departments to facilitate seamless passenger and cargo movement.

Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and improvements.

Maintain accurate records related to flight movements, operational activities, and resource allocation.
