Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with an M.Tech degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our Flight & Airport Operations team. This role will involve supporting various operational aspects within the dynamic Film/Music/Entertainment sector, ensuring seamless and efficient flight and airport activities. You will contribute to optimizing processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of flight schedules and airport ground operations, with a focus on entertainment-related logistics.
- Coordinate with ground staff, crew, and external agencies to ensure timely and safe operations.
- Monitor flight performance and airport activities, identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Support in managing operational data and generating performance reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with production teams and event organizers to understand and accommodate specific operational needs for film shoots, music tours, or entertainment events.
