Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our cabin crew team as Flight Attendants/Stewards. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights, providing exceptional service, and upholding SpiceJet's standards. This position is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of relevant experience and a passion for the travel industry, where a formal graduation degree is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks to ensure all equipment is functional and safety procedures are in place.
- Welcome passengers aboard, assist with seating, and ensure cabin neatness.
- Deliver safety demonstrations and provide information on emergency procedures.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities to passengers with a friendly and efficient demeanor.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Administer first aid and handle medical emergencies as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the flight.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking.
- Handle any in-flight issues or complaints calmly and effectively.
