Flight Attendant / Steward

Role Summary:
As a Flight Attendant/Steward for Viacom18's exclusive charter flights, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our high-profile guests, including artists, executives, and production crews traveling for film, music, and entertainment projects. You will provide exceptional service, maintain a professional demeanor, and adhere to all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure safety equipment and cabin supplies are adequate and in good working order.
• Greet passengers warmly, assist with boarding, and ensure all luggage is stowed properly.
• Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure passengers comply with all safety regulations.
• Serve meals and beverages, catering to specific dietary requirements and preferences.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests, anticipating their needs.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment throughout the flight.
• Liaise with the flight deck and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent Viacom18 with professionalism and discretion.
