Role Summary:
As a Flight Attendant/Steward for ITC Limited's internal corporate travel division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. You will represent the company's commitment to excellence and provide a premium service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight checks and adhering to all safety regulations.
* Welcome passengers on board and assist them with seating and luggage.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
* Serve meals and beverages, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
* Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin during and after flights.
* Communicate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff.
* Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
* Uphold ITC's brand image and service standards at all times.
