Job Description
Role Summary: The Flight Dispatcher will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of company aircraft. This role involves planning and monitoring flight operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and coordinating with flight crews, air traffic control, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare flight schedules, considering weather, air traffic, and operational requirements.
Calculate fuel requirements, weight and balance for each flight.
Monitor flight progress and provide necessary updates to flight crews and management.
Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with air traffic control, ground operations, and maintenance personnel.
Respond to and manage irregular operations, including diversions and delays.
Maintain accurate flight logs and records.
Communicate effectively with flight crews to ensure all operational information is clear and understood.
