Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to manage and coordinate the flight operations for our corporate aviation division within the Indian Railways. The Flight Dispatcher will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring all flights to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare flight schedules, considering weather conditions, air traffic control, aircraft availability, and crew duty limitations.
- Calculate flight plans, including fuel requirements, route, altitude, and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Monitor flight progress and provide real-time updates to flight crews, management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with air traffic control, ground operations, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Manage operational changes, such as diversions or cancellations, and communicate necessary information promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian aviation regulations, including DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) requirements.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings for flight crews.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations or irregularities during flight operations.
- Continuously assess and mitigate operational risks.
