Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Flight Dispatcher to manage and coordinate flight operations for our corporate aviation fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant flight planning and execution within the industrial equipment and machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and file flight plans, considering weather, air traffic, and operational requirements.

Monitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and punctuality.

Coordinate with flight crew, air traffic control, and ground operations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.

Manage aircraft scheduling and maintenance coordination.

Prepare and disseminate operational information and advisories.

Maintain accurate flight logs and records.

Respond to and manage irregular operations and emergencies.
