Flight Dispatcher (3-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Flight Dispatcher with 3-4 years of experience, holding a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, to join our corporate aviation support team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring flight operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with pilots, ground staff, and management to facilitate smooth and timely flight movements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and file flight plans, considering factors such as weather, air traffic, and operational requirements.
- Monitor flight progress, providing updates and making necessary adjustments to flight plans in response to changing conditions.
- Ensure all flights comply with aviation regulations, company policies, and international standards.
- Coordinate with air traffic control, operational control centers, and other relevant agencies.
- Manage crew scheduling and duty time limitations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and disseminate operational information, including NOTAMs, weather briefings, and operational advisories.
- Conduct post-flight analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness and adherence to schedules.
- Manage fuel planning and cost-effective routing.
