We are seeking a meticulous and organized Flight Dispatcher with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of all operational aspects related to our supply chain and logistics, which are vital for our textile and apparel business. Your MCA background will be leveraged to manage and optimize complex scheduling and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage flight schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Coordinate with ground operations, maintenance, and flight crews to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Monitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules in response to changing conditions.
- Analyze weather patterns, NOTAMs, and other relevant information to ensure flight safety and efficiency.
- Prepare and disseminate flight plans and operational documentation.
- Utilize IT systems and software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline logistical processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
