We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a strong understanding of aviation operations, engineering principles, and logistics. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our flight services.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze flight data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting flight performance.
Conduct research and development for new aviation technologies and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
Prepare reports and presentations on flight operations and engineering analyses.
Support the integration of new aircraft or systems into the fleet.
