Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Instructor to join our aviation division in Ahmedabad. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a postgraduate degree and 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about aviation and training. You will assist senior instructors in delivering comprehensive flight training programs, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting ground school sessions for student pilots, covering aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, and aviation regulations.
- Support flight training activities under the supervision of experienced instructors, including pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's fleet of aircraft and operational procedures.
- Help maintain training records and documentation accurately.
- Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.
- Provide basic flight instruction and mentorship to junior trainees as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation technologies, regulations, and training methodologies.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the flight training department.
