Flight Instructor (1-3 Yrs) role in Government / Public Administration

We are seeking a motivated Flight Instructor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of aviation principles and a passion for training, who holds a Master of Design (M.Des) degree. You will be responsible for imparting theoretical and practical flight training to aspiring pilots, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging theoretical instruction on flight principles, aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, and aircraft systems.

Conduct practical flight training sessions, providing hands-on experience and feedback to students.

Develop and refine training materials and lesson plans, incorporating innovative pedagogical approaches.

Assess student progress through evaluations, checkrides, and performance reviews.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, aviation regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate training records and student documentation.

Stay updated on the latest aviation technologies, training methodologies, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with other instructors and operational staff to ensure a seamless training experience.
