Flight Instructor

Role Summary:
IndiGo is seeking a motivated and experienced Flight Instructor to join our training team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new pilots and recurrent training for existing pilots, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures. This role is suitable for individuals with 1-5 years of experience who possess strong aviation knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ground school and simulator training for ab-initio and experienced pilots.
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering flight operations, aircraft systems, and emergency procedures.
- Evaluate pilot performance through flight checks and simulator assessments.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with DGCA regulations.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest aviation regulations, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
- Ensure a safe and professional training environment.
