Flight Instructor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Flight Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and evaluating student pilots, ensuring they meet all regulatory and company standards for safe and proficient flight operations. This role requires a deep understanding of aviation principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for aviation education. The instructor will play a crucial role in developing the next generation of skilled aviators within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver comprehensive flight training programs in accordance with DGCA regulations and company standards.
* Conduct ground school instruction covering aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, aviation law, and aircraft systems.
* Provide dual flight instruction in various aircraft types, focusing on fundamental and advanced maneuvers.
* Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, flight tests, and performance reviews.
* Maintain accurate and detailed student training records.
* Ensure all training activities are conducted with the highest regard for safety.
* Stay updated on aviation regulations, best practices, and new training technologies.
* Mentor and guide students, fostering a positive and professional learning environment.
* Conduct recurrent training for existing pilots as required.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of training curriculum and methodologies.
