Flight Instructor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Flight Instructor to join our aviation training division. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight training to aspiring pilots, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and develop the necessary skills for safe and efficient aircraft operation. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of aviation excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive flight training programs in accordance with DGCA regulations and company standards.

Conduct ground school instruction covering aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, aircraft systems, and aviation law.

Provide dual flight instruction in various aircraft types, focusing on basic and advanced maneuvers, emergency procedures, and cross-country navigation.

Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, flight tests, and performance reviews.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student training records.

Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Stay current with aviation regulations, training methodologies, and aircraft technology.

Mentor and guide students, fostering a positive and professional learning environment.
