Flight Instructor

Role Summary:
DLF Limited is seeking a highly experienced and certified Flight Instructor to manage and oversee its aviation training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive flight training curriculum, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and mentoring aspiring pilots within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of aviation regulations and best practices, with a focus on creating a safe and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a structured flight training syllabus for various aircraft types.
- Conduct ground school and flight training sessions for pilots, ensuring proficiency and safety.
- Evaluate student pilot performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and training documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations and company safety policies.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation technologies, training methodologies, and regulatory changes.
- Manage aircraft scheduling and maintenance coordination for training purposes.
- Foster a positive and professional learning environment for all trainees.
- Deliver recurrent training and check rides for existing pilots as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the flight training program.
