Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Flight Instructor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and have a passion for aviation and a solid understanding of flight principles. This role involves training and evaluating pilots on flight simulators and actual aircraft, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards within our Electronic Components / Semiconductors Sector operations. You will contribute to maintaining a high level of pilot proficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive flight training programs for pilots, covering theoretical knowledge and practical flying skills.
- Conduct simulator-based and aircraft-based flight training sessions, ensuring trainees meet performance standards.
- Evaluate pilot performance through flight tests and assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on aviation regulations, best practices, and advancements in flight instruction techniques.
