Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on aviation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the Indian context.
- Interpret and explain complex legal documents, statutes, and case law related to aviation and their implications for business operations.
- Conduct training sessions for employees, including pilots, ground staff, and management, on aviation legal frameworks and best practices.
- Assist in the development and review of aviation-related policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest changes in aviation law and regulations in India and internationally.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on legal queries pertaining to aviation operations.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to aviation legal compliance.
