Flight Load Controller

Role Summary: The Flight Load Controller will be responsible for managing and optimizing the load distribution and weight balance of aircraft during manufacturing and production processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles related to structural integrity and flight dynamics. The incumbent will work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure all aircraft meet stringent safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and verify the weight and balance of aircraft components and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aerospace regulations and company standards for load control.
• Develop and maintain detailed load control documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to address any weight or balance issues.
• Perform load analysis and simulations to predict aircraft performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery of components, considering their impact on overall aircraft weight.
• Participate in flight testing and post-production analysis related to load distribution.
