Flight Load Controller

Role Summary: The Flight Load Controller will be responsible for the accurate and efficient calculation and management of aircraft weight and balance, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and operational requirements. This role is crucial for safe and efficient flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate and verify the total weight, center of gravity (CG), and fuel load for each flight.

Prepare and issue the Load Sheet (LIR) to the flight crew and relevant departments.

Ensure all loading and unloading operations are conducted in accordance with the Load Plan and safety procedures.

Monitor and adjust load distribution to maintain aircraft stability within approved limits.

Liaise with ground handling staff, flight crew, and operations control to ensure accurate information exchange.

Maintain accurate records of all load control documentation.

Stay updated with relevant aviation regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Respond to operational changes and ensure timely updates to flight plans and load sheets.
