Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Flight Load Controller at Jindal Steel & Power Limited, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the load distribution and operational efficiency of our fleet of aircraft, ensuring safe and timely transportation of personnel and critical materials. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control aircraft weight and balance parameters for all flights.
- Calculate and verify the correct loading of cargo and passengers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational limits.
- Prepare and disseminate load sheets and related documentation to flight crew and ground staff.
- Coordinate with flight operations, maintenance, and ground handling teams to ensure efficient turnaround times.
- Analyze flight performance data to identify areas for load optimization and fuel efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all load control activities and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to operational disruptions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans and load configurations.
- Stay updated with aviation regulations, company policies, and industry best practices related to flight load control.
