We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight Load Controller with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the load and capacity of our medical transport fleet, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This role requires a strong understanding of logistical planning, financial reconciliation, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the real-time load and capacity of all medical transport flights, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Coordinate with ground operations, medical teams, and air traffic control to ensure smooth flight scheduling and execution.

Analyze flight manifest data, passenger loads, and cargo weight to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of flight details, load calculations, and any deviations from planned operations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on flight load performance, capacity utilization, and cost-effectiveness.

Reconcile invoices and expenses related to flight operations, ensuring financial accuracy.

Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve load factor and operational efficiency.

Liaise with procurement and maintenance departments for timely servicing of aircraft and equipment.
