Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Flight Load Controller with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading of aircraft by meticulously calculating and verifying weight and balance data. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation regulations and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance data for all flights, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and airline specifications.

- Prepare accurate load sheets and communicate critical loading information to flight crew and ground staff.

- Monitor and manage the loading process to ensure weight and balance limitations are not exceeded.

- Maintain detailed records of all weight and balance documentation.

- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and ground handling teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to aircraft loading.

- Stay updated with the latest aviation regulations and company procedures pertaining to weight and balance.
