Role Summary:

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of a Graduation Not Required educational background. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the building, maintain a safe and clean environment, and support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned floor or building.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Manage visitor and employee access, ensuring adherence to building policies.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping and report generation.
- Respond to and resolve any facility-related issues or complaints promptly.
