Job Description
Role Summary: The Floor / Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a specific floor or building within the company's manufacturing or administrative complex. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment for all occupants and facilitates smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all day-to-day activities within the assigned floor/building.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with various departments and external vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
Manage janitorial staff and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
Handle tenant/occupant requests and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify and address potential problems.
Manage budgets for maintenance, supplies, and operational expenses for the assigned area.
Implement and monitor security procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
