Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Floor / Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees and visitors. This role is crucial for supporting our fast-paced FMCG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall upkeep and maintenance of the assigned floor/building, including common areas, offices, and utilities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, cleaning, pest control, and other facility-related services.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations and implement necessary protocols.
Oversee the efficient functioning of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Manage access control and visitor management systems.
Handle tenant/employee requests and complaints related to facility management promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage the facility's operational budget.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.
