Floor / Building Manager - FinTech / Payments (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Floor / Building Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our office facilities in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work environment, ensuring all building systems and services operate at optimal levels. This role requires a blend of organizational skills and an understanding of workplace design principles, leveraging a B.Des background to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including reception, mail, and visitor management.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for regular maintenance, cleaning, and pest control.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Plan and execute office space utilization strategies to optimize workflow and employee comfort.
- Support in organizing office events and maintaining employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and administration teams on workplace policies and improvements.
