Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Floor / Building Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the assigned floor or building, ensuring smooth functioning.
Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and security.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely execution of tasks.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets for operational expenses and track expenditures.
Handle tenant or occupant requests and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in planning and executing minor renovation or refurbishment projects.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and inventory.
