Food, Beverage & Hospitality - Operations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of food, beverage, and hospitality services within our corporate facilities in India. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of catering, cafeteria, and event services to our employees and guests, aligning with the standards expected of a leading automotive component manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven ability to manage diverse teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of food, beverage, and hospitality services.
* Manage daily operations of cafeterias, canteens, and other food service outlets, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
* Oversee menu planning, procurement of ingredients, inventory management, and vendor relations.
* Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, service personnel, and event coordinators.
* Plan and execute catering for corporate events, meetings, and special occasions.
* Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and health codes.
* Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.
* Collaborate with HR and Administration departments to align services with company policies and employee needs.
* Implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
