Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Bangalore. This role will involve supporting various operational aspects within the Food, Beverage & Hospitality division of our Iron & Steel MNC. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills to enhance efficiency and data management in our hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and optimizing hospitality services, including catering, event management, and facility upkeep.
Utilize MCA knowledge to develop and maintain databases for inventory, vendor management, and service feedback.
Generate reports and analyze data related to food consumption, guest satisfaction, and operational costs.
Support the implementation of new technologies or software solutions to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of hospitality services for employees and guests.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage operations.
