Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and optimize our food and beverage offerings within our corporate hospitality services. This role will oversee all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cost-effectiveness, aligning with the overall business objectives of Havells India Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage services, including menu planning, procurement, and inventory management.
- Oversee daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability of F&B operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Train and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to support corporate events and catering needs.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to continuously improve F&B offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
