Role Summary:
Avantel Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and oversee all aspects of food, beverage, and hospitality services within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees and visiting dignitaries, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of catering operations, hygiene standards, and event management, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, FSSAI).
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and related facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of goods and services.
- Plan and manage hospitality services for corporate events, meetings, and VIP visits.
- Develop and manage the budget for food, beverage, and hospitality services.
- Train and supervise kitchen and service staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.
- Respond to employee feedback and address any issues or concerns related to catering and hospitality.
